Media/News personnel can sure spin a story. This story is very accurate and all facts are “spot on” except for the last mention whereby they say, “The drug already used in humans in hospital settings.” This statement was taken by them from our response to a question regarding the drugs use in humans to date. We mentioned that the drug (our drug’s chemical derivative) has been used in humans by other companies (in/for indications and applications outside of our intellectual property) in a non-clinical hospital setting without any reports of toxicity.
